ガバナンス体制の第3段構造に位置する銀行の日常運営のSenior Management （総裁会）面に於いては、金総裁の下に9月まで英、韓、印、独、インドネシア 5カ国出身の5人の副総裁が、銀行内の連携（英）、リスク管理（韓）、投資関 連（印）、政策·戦略の策定（独）、アドミ（ネシア）をそれぞれ担当し、総 裁を補佐していたが、9月19日以降は、以下の新体制となっている。

Senior Managementは、総裁1、副総裁5、General Counsel（法規担当役員）１ の計7人となって、それぞれのプロフィルは以下となっている。

2010-2015 he served as Chief Secretary to the UK Treasury, where he secured more than £100 billion of public expenditure savings.

Mr. Thierry de Longuemar (French)

Since 2011, he has been serving as Vice President of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) responsible for Finance, Administration and Risk Management.

Vice President and Chief Investment Officer

Dr. D. J. Pandian（INDIA）

An extensive career spanning 30 years with the Indian Administrative Services, holding key positions at the State, National, and International levels in the energy (oil and gas, power, renewable), infrastructure, finance, and industry sectors.

Vice President - Policy and Strategy

Dr. Joachim von Amsberg （Germany）

Previously served as Vice President, Development Finance at the World Bank where he was responsible for the replenishment and stewardship of the International Development Association (IDA), the World Bank’s fund for the poorest, and for trust fund and partnership operations.

Vice President and Chief Administration Officer

Dr. LukyEkoWuryanto （Indonesia）

Served in senior positions in the Indonesian government for 20 years, most recently as Deputy Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure Acceleration and Regional Development, Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs.

General Counsel  　

Mr. Gerard Sanders

For the past two years,he has been General Counsel at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). Previously, over a period of twenty years, he worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), most recently as Deputy General Counsel.

  その下にある中堅スタッフ層では、6月の時点に39名が働いていたが、現時 点、優秀な国際金融人材の採用が順調に進められているならば、60名ほどの体制となっていると見込まれる。年内には100名まで拡大する予定。

  5.中長期目標への布石 銀行協定書に於いては、2020年から30年間の努力を経て、ユーラシアの相互接続性を大幅に高め、「アジアと中南米、アフリカとの接続性も高め、｢人々の生活の質を一段と高める｣ことを中長期の発展目標としている。

  尚、今年9月23日には、北京オリンピック公園と鳥の巣の間に位置するAIIB本部ビルの起工式が行われた。完成は、2019年末までの予定。

　第2回年次総会は、来年6月16-18日の3日間、韓国の済州島で開催予定である。
